this book is a to by if you are passionate about natural hair care.it has an inndepth information on hair care and products to use and avoid.ideal with natural hair everyday l found the information useful and very relavant.thanks for writting this book

This book was ok, but not as good as Ultra Black Hair. The images of suggestions of how hair could be styled were very good which is why I scored this book 3 stars.
The written text was not gripping however learnt a new term 'no poo' i.e. just using conditioner to wash the hair instead of shampoo because conditioner helps to moisturise the hair.
Overall I would not recommend this book.

This book is excellent for tips on how to maintain healthy afro hair! I reccomend it to those with afro or bi-racial hair. The best book for afro hair I've bought so far.
