Pretty good August 8, 2010 VickiWa (UK) Does what it says on the tin! Yes, I agree that sometimes fingernails may be better. Of course it leaves temporary marks on your skin. Quite frankly, if you're surprised that you're left with indents after pushing a metal implement against your skin - well, you've got bigger problems than spots!
Not for Spots!! July 21, 2010 S. Stitt I find it funny that most of the bad reviews for this item are about spots! IT IS NOT FOR SPOTS! It is for blackheads!
First of all you should not be squeezing spots because it does scar. Second this product is designed for removing blackheads, and that is what it does amazingly. Its nice to have an actual tool, rather than what my dad used to do by using a hairclip.
Brilliant product.

I wasn't quite sure about this tool in the beginning, but after using it for several weeks, it has become indispensible. In response to some of the reviews left here, a) it is dead easy to use, b) it does leave a mark but so do my fingers, c) yes, it works as well as my fingers, but why would I want to use my fingers??, and d) it is very effective on parts of the nose where one's fingers can't quite do the job. In short, I recommend this product to anyone who wishes to seriously cleanse their face.
Twezerman March 16, 2010 Tarnould (Wales) really clever little tool for the removal of blackheads but not for me due to the position of my blackheads (in the soft skin under my eyes) you have to apply to much pressure for it to be effective
Amazed by these reviews.... March 1, 2010 Phatwa (Kent, UK) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
There are no instructions with this item, which is a huge oversight. I don't see how picking at a spot with a specially-designed tweezer will cleanly remove it, especially when blackheads are flat against the skin. I bought the pads instead, this thing isn't worth the time, money or effort. Probably one of the worst products I've bought from Amazon. My girlfriend thought it was a hair curler. Definitely one to avoid, lesson learned......
