 3 1/2 months and little difference August 24, 2010

I approached this with an air of optimism given the many reviews on the web. I have been using it for 3 1/2 months and cannot say I have noticed a difference. I wish I was wrong, feel like im wasting my money at moment. But since I have invested in 4 months supply will probably endure to recommended six months but dont expect miracles. My friend recommended flax seed found in supermarkets, Rich in omega 3- she thinks it has helped her hair greatly, a much much cheaper alternative also!! £5 per large bag

I am just about to give up the tablets after 3 months. I understand that it can take time to work, but Nourkrin claim to stop/slow hair loss/shedding in month 1-2 and if anything mine has got much worse! As a woman who has always had very thick long hair, that has now over the last year started falling out [no stress and blood tests fine], it has not worked for me. Even though my nails have definatley improved in strength on these tablets, I would rather my hair stop falling out! I am now about to try an alternative iron based tablet that has worked for my sister.

I cannot recommend this product enough! I have used Nourkrin for about 6 months now and am amazed at the results. I was a devoted user of hair extensions but after having them for three years I noticed my natural hair had thinned and I had bald patches where the extensions had been attached. I was absolutely devastated as my hair was my pride and joy. I had the extensions removed right away and thought my hair would grow back on it's own. It didn't. I tried many many brands of hair loss treatments so was sceptical when my hairdresser recommended Nourkrin. I took the tablets and used the Nourkrin Shampoo and Nourkrin Hair Recovery Programme Conditioner 150ml and honestly my hair grew back even thicker then it was before.

I am a vegetarian and have the misfortune of coming from a long line of female baldness.Thinking this was my destiny,I tried Nourkin.
After a couple of weeks my hair loss significantly slowed down and new hair sprouted.After 5 months the texture of my hair is definately thicker and not as sparse as before giving me much more confidence.
I will never have dense locks as it is not in my genes.But feeling much happier and will continue using.Give it a go!!!

I have been using this product for over a year now. I am reluctant to stop it after one reviewer saying hair loss started once the 'Extra Strength' was switched to 'Maintain'. Maybe I will be on this expensive 'Extra Strength' longer than I had anticipated.
The reason I have been using it and still using it... Well my hair loss stopped dramatically... and if you persist with this product you definitely get greater looking skin... all over!!!
The way I have combated the price over the last 2 months is by only taking 1 tablet a day instead of 2... I have not experienced any extra hair loss and skin condition still remains good. I would recommend however... if you are a first time user... that you take the full dosage for at least 3 months before switching down to 1 tablet a day.
